Product Design and Development
Product Design and Development is a nuanced and iterative process.
It begins with setting specific specifications and parameters, along with a wish-list of desired functionalities and features for the products.
Development Journey
- Initial Creation: We initially created Material A.
- Evolution Through Iteration: After numerous modifications, amendments, tests, and trials, we developed Material B.
Current Status and Future Improvements
Material B performs largely as intended, meeting most of our desired functionalities. However, there are still areas for improvement.
Future Plans
Once sufficient improvements have been made, we plan to introduce product upgrades.

The EASPU-AM- B Mattress is designed to optimise the Patient’s Micro-Climate, providing a more comfortable environment without compromising its lateral transfer and repositioning abilities, including Adaptive Airflow Technology.

1. Moisture Management
- The specially created Fabric wicks away sweat, helping to keep the patient dry and comfortable.
- Once the moisture reaches the fabric’s surface, it evaporates more easily, helping to regulate the Patient’s body temperature and prevent overheating.
2. Air Permeability
- The Fabric is 100% breathable. Its specially constructed design allows Air to flow through, aiding Ventilation.
- The Airflow helps keep the Patient cool and dry by allowing Heat to escape and Air to circulate.
The EASPU-AM-AB Mattress is particularly beneficial for Patients lying on the Mattress for extended periods, such as those in the ICU or undergoing Long Major Surgical Procedures.

Rexyn has introduced innovative airflow solutions in the Easy Applicator Range of Air Mattresses, collectively known as Adaptive Airflow Technology.
These advanced technologies utilise various methods to Optimise Airflow and Air Expulsion through the base perforations.
As a result, the Air Expulsion alternates between areas with a more evenly distributed, gentle airflow and areas with a more concentrated, forceful expulsion.
